  • Iford Manor

    Iford Manor Garden is located in Wiltshire, England. Portions of the manor house that dominates the 900-acre estate date to the late 15th-century. Landscape architect and garden designer, Harold Peto acquired the property in 1899 when he began developing the gardens that surround the house.

    Hollister House was built by Gideon Hollister II around 1760 but its place in American garden history began in 1979 when it was purchased by George Schoellkopf as a weekend retreat.
